9th October 2010: OWE 4 – 0 Camlyn Rangers

The starting team, from the back, was Ben, Scott (who must have lost a bet with his Dad to be put in defence), Josh, Robert, Harvey, Marcus and George.
The first half was a fairly equal affair. George worked hard for an early goal and
saw a good effort tipped over the bar. (R & H off – L and J on). Neither side managed
to create many chances and while he won’t thank me for it, Scott combined well with
Josh in defence to stifle the Camlyn attack. (M & G off – R & H on). Lewis breaks
the deadlock near to half-
In the second half, (S & J off – M & G on) the manager’s tactical shift brings an early result and Camlyn have no answer to George who takes possession in the box and fires home 2 – 0. After that the team picked up speed and Camlyn tailed away. Josh made it 3 – 0 when a low cross rebounded to him (J & L off – S & J on) and George gets his second after receiving the ball from Josh who makes a great run down the right wing 4 – 0.
